The chromed up black is a four year old in 2007. He's somewhere in TX. He is by Blues Roan Man ROM. You can see him at this link
http://merrillranch.com I'm a farrier, not a horse trader. The black horse is gone , on his way to being a big-time heel horse. I replaced him with another geriatric superhorse.
The sorrel is "Shorty". He's 20 years old. I bought him in 2001 when I was employed as a pen-rider at Ox-Town Feeders in Tribune, KS. If you can get on him, you can ride him. He doesn't make many mistakes. He likes it back East as opposed to the high plains. There's not so much work here. From '02 through '05, he had a Tuesday, Thursday job at Special Riders of Sumner County. That's a theraputic riding program, for a broad range of the disabled. He didn't know how popular he was.

My oldest, Jess, enjoying a pasture tour on Shorty.

Church Event, late 2003 |
After a week or two into this site building exercise, I thought, "If I can find bunches of pictures I better find one of me." This picture was at a church gathering in the months before we were wed. My wife, the nicest girl that's ever smiled at me. We met at our previous church, 1st Baptist Hendersonville, TN. |
